By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Service Scope
The Service provides automation tools for social media content workflows, including content generation, scheduling, and analytics support.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes (including views, engagement, conversions, or revenue).
Account and Access
You are responsible for:
- maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and API keys
- all activities under your account
- immediately notifying us of unauthorized access
User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- content created, uploaded, scheduled, or published via the Service
- compliance with all applicable laws and platform rules (including TikTok and other connected platforms)
- obtaining all required rights, permissions, and consents for your content
Third-Party Platforms and APIs
The Service may integrate with third-party providers (e.g., social networks, Postiz, AI/API providers).
Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.
We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, restrictions, or account actions.
Platform Enforcement Risk
You acknowledge that social platforms may limit, suspend, or terminate accounts based on their internal policies.
Unless caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for account limitations, suspensions, or bans.
Fees and Subscriptions
If paid plans are offered:
- fees are billed as displayed at checkout
- subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in time
- cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (unless otherwise stated)
Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing conduct, including spam, malware, unauthorized scraping, or rights violations.
Intellectual Property
We retain all rights to the Service, software, branding, and related materials.
You retain rights to your own content.
You grant us a limited license to process your content strictly to provide the Service.
Availability and Changes
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary (e.g., security, legal, technical, or product reasons).
Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is not legally permitted (including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life/body/health, and mandatory statutory liability).
For slight negligence, liability is limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties) and limited to foreseeable, typical damages.
Otherwise, liability is excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from third-party claims resulting from your unlawful use of the Service, unlawful content, or violation of these Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access in case of serious violations, abuse, or legal necessity.
Consumer Information (if applicable)
If you are a consumer in the EU, mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
If you are a consumer, mandatory protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
If you are a merchant/legal entity under public law, exclusive venue is Raubling, Germany.
